Public bug reported:

gnome-terminal writes debug messages to stderr every time it starts up:

# _g_io_module_get_default: Found default implementation gvfs (GDaemonVfs) for
‘gio-vfs’
# _g_io_module_get_default: Found default implementation dconf
(DConfSettingsBackend) for ‘gsettings-backend’
# watch_fast: "/org/gnome/terminal/legacy/" (establishing: 0, active: 0)
# unwatch_fast: "/org/gnome/terminal/legacy/" (active: 0, establishing: 1)
# watch_established: "/org/gnome/terminal/legacy/" (establishing: 0)

This pollutes the terminal when a script explicitly invokes gnome-
terminal to open another window.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Open a terminal and type "gnome-terminal"

RESULTS: Debug messages appear on the first terminal

EXPECTED RESULTS: Nothing should appear on stderr or stdout of gnome-
terminal itself, unless there is an actual error.

P.S. Presumably a debug build escaped and was released. To prevent this
from happening, it would be a good idea to add a test which checks that
gnome-terminal writes nothing to std* in normal (non-error) cases.
