Confirmed that this is not reproducible.
We had a setting in our horizon conf that caused this:
AVAILABLE_THEMES = [
('default', 'Default', '../themes/default'),
]
instead of
AVAILABLE_THEMES = [
('default', 'Default', 'themes/default'),
]
This didn't seem to have any other noticeable side-effects apart from
breaking other dashboard installations.
