Ubuntu 20.04 development branch with kernel 5.3.0-18-generic all up to
date to latest @ 8/11/2019

After the launch of cheese webcam image drops to black image
at random launches, sometimes after a reboot it works again
properly, and the next launch goes to black again.

Compared with Kamoso where everything works fine.
