The option "Open new terminals in" not available in GNOME Terminal 3.28.2 
Going Edit > Preferences > General The option is not showing.

by checking in

3) What you expected to happen
The option "Open new terminals in" Should be available under Edit > Preferences 
> General

4) What happened instead
Option "Open new terminals in" not available under Edit > Preferences > General 
The option is not showing.
