Lubuntu 20.04 QA-Test 2019-11-12 test on hp 8200 elite sff (i5-2400, 8gb, nvidia quadro 600)
attempted to re-create this; and could NOT do so. upstream have CLOSED this issue... hopefully it's fixed & gone.
