When installing 'mono-devel' from the default repositories of
ppc64le/ubuntu:18.04 with apt, core dumps are generated with no obvious
errors in the terminal's output. These core dumps do not occur in the
x86-64 version of ubuntu:18.04 (x86-64). Mono runtime appears to be
functioning despite evidence something went wrong during package
deployment. Attached is the terminal output and commands to reproduce
in Docker.
