Thanks for the report Kevin. With your VPN enabled, can you browse to
chrome://net-export, click on "Start Logging to Disk", then reproduce
the problem, stop logging, and share the log file here? Thanks.

Version 78.0.3904.97 (Official Build) snap (64-bit) cannot connect to
internet with VPN enabled. Connects fine with VPN disabled.
