Public bug reported:
Launching KeepassX from either a favorite in the dock, or from a
terminal, takes exactly 25 seconds before the window appears. Symptoms
appear identical to the issue described here:

I did not have this issue when I first installed Ubuntu 19.10 (a couple
of weeks ago).
