Public bug reported:
zope.lifecycleevent and lazr.lifecycle are only built for python2, and
have no uploads since 2012/2013. They have no other reverse-dependencies
but zope.lifecycleevent build-depends on van.pydeb, which has been
removed from Debian. We should remove these packages from focal.
