Since upgrade to 19.10 window tasking (ALT+TAB) is very unclear when you
have "Blackbird" theme activated in "Appearance" - because you cannot
see which window you are about to "tab" to, there is no visible
highlight any more :(

When other theme is active, it works, tabbed windows are highlighted -
see the attached screenshots.

How can i change that? Which file(s) to edit? Thanks a lot
