Not a bug with the dashtodock extension so reassigning to chrome-gnome-
shell, the package which allows managing of extensions on
https://extensions.gnome.org.

I can confirm the issue when using Chrome and Firefox in both Ubuntu
18.04 and Ubuntu 20.04 (dev). Most of web page is blank as per attached
screen shot. No extensions are displayed at all. When using Xubuntu
20.04 (dev) which doesn't have chrome-gnome-shell installed I see a
prompt to install said package.

This seems to be a very recent change so possibly the web-site has
changed and chrome-gnome-shell needs updating(?)

** Package changed: gnome-shell-extension-dashtodock (Ubuntu) => chrome-
gnome-shell (Ubuntu)

** Changed in: chrome-gnome-shell (Ubuntu)
       Status: New => Confirmed

** Summary changed:

- Gnome Shell Extension not Sowing on the Installed Extension section
+ Installed extensions are not displayed on https://extensions.gnome.org
