Please sync lwt 4.3.0-2 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Upload back in sync with Debian
  * Upload back in sync with Debian
  * Re-enable glib bindings, needed for zeroinstall-injector

Looks like the changes were reverted again, effectively empty delta.
