The first time this was tried, the prior install was Xubuntu 20.04 (installed 
earlier today as a QA-test).

I re-tried the process 3 times, failures each time.

I used KDE Partition Manager to erase all partitions (there was only 1)
then re-tried `sudo calamares` and install worked that time.  I let it
complete, rebooted & finished the QA-test.

System (Lubuntu 20.04 install) was cleanly shutdown, and the Lubuntu
20.04 media booted again to re-try install on same box; it again failed.
