(dropping the qbzr bugs, which are unrelated to qbrz) qbrz unfortunately is just a halfdone attempt to port qbzr to Breezy, which is why there are no published tarballs; it needs a real maintainer.
I'm happy to provide guidance on the Breezy/Python3 side of things, since I have experience with those.
