After a logout/login or reboot, it takes about 2+ weeks for the bug to manifest. It is finally back in that state. Some apps in the menu do not launch, menu search does not work, and Raven side panel does not open. I made a video to show.

I am not sure how a re-install would help with troubleshooting. I am willing to assist in finding a root cause. Also, I remember now that I loaded a GTK3 theme and icons from gnome- look.org.
