GTK Text field to enter a server and or password in xvncviewer under
Ubuntu 7.10(VNC Viewer Free Edition 4.1.1 for X - built Sep 10 2007
17:17:04) does not allow for pasting of text and does blink as a normal
cursor position should. This was not an issue in 7.04
