Thanks for the details, I was looking at the wrong place when I asked
for the informations earlier but the issue is easy to reproduce.

Reported upstream now on

The invalid entries are locations that got added to the tracker list but
doesn't exist anymore, you can edit the list by editing
org.freedesktop.Tracker.Miner.Files index-recursive-directories in
gsettings/dconf-editor
