[Impact]
A new Dell platform using DPCD aux to adjust the brightness, we need to 
backport some patches which are still under discussing.

Here is the patchset we need.

[Test]
Verified on new Dell platform which use DPCD aux to adjust brightness and also 
others which using pwm to adjust brightness, no regression found.
