Public bug reported:

I am running Ubuntu 18.04.3 LTS on a System76 Galago Pro laptop with the
Intel wifi device in the title. From dmeg:

iwlwifi 0000:00:14.3: Detected Intel(R) Wireless-AC 9560 160MHz,
REV=0x354

The problem is that the wifi connection to a 5 GHz network periodically
drops. The dmesg warnings say that the connection to my access point
(48:5d:36:67:ee:3c in the logs I am about to paste) has been lost. The
problematic wifi connection has ESSID 'boomerang'.

You'll see a single instance of a lost connection in this dmesg, but
note that power management is off: I ran

sudo iw wlp0s20f3 set power_save off

once at the beginning of this session.

These disconnects used to happen much more frequently and in clusters
with power management on. I cannot be sure this is what's doing it
though: the clusters would happen sporadically and seemingly randomly. I
could not discern a pattern to what is causing this.

I am pasting the complete output (minus the apt-get update/install part)
of the long troubleshooting command at

https://help.ubuntu.com/community/WirelessTroubleshootingProcedure
