https://packages.ubuntu.com/xenial-updates/pulseaudio the latest version in xenial-updates for package pulseaudio should be 1:8.0-0ubuntu3.11 ^^ released, according to http://changelogs.ubuntu.com/changelogs/pool/main/p/pulseaudio/pulseaudio_8.0-0ubuntu3.11/changelog on Tue, 05 Nov 2019 17:16:22 +0800.
