It is:

  $ sudo mv /etc/apt/sources.list.d/bionic-proposed.list \
      /etc/apt/sources.list.d/bionic-proposed.list_

Or, if you prefer to remove it completely:

  $ sudo rm /etc/apt/sources.list.d/bionic-proposed.list

This is to prevent installing kernels in proposed channel accidentally
in the future.
