Public bug reported:
Thursday, 12-12-2019, Ubuntu 18.04.3 crashed for no apparent reason.
Tried to reboot and snapd failed to load, as well as the message of the
day, and a few others. After hours of letting it go through its thing I
decided to reinstall Ubuntu {losing all my data and God knows what all
else}. This morning I've tried 6 or more times to install Ubuntu, first
trying to retain my data, but then giving up on that just wreck it all
and install like new. I don't know what the deal is, but it's pretty
D****ed irritating. Honestly, Ubuntu hasn't been the same since 10.04.
