- EDIT: sorry i realise my firmware was downgraded when ubuntu "updated" its 
linux-firmware package so maybe this bug is invalid.

- On Ubuntu 18.04.3 LTS with Qualcomm Atheros QCA6174 wireless card, internet 
drops out, particularly when downloading at speeds ~1MB/s say via P2P torrent. 
The wifi connection (at least reported by wicd) remains active, but I cannot 
ping the router or access the internet. No error message is logged in 
journalctl after the internet drops. Details on my card, firmware and dmesg 
given below I'm not the only one with this issue:
