This was an automatic send from Ubuntu 19.10 that popped up on its own,
asking me to report what I'm trying to do and what I expected.  What I
expected was to install the correct version of MAAS for 19.10, which it
seems that it did not do because of this error.  Hope that answers your
question.

I will try again with a clean install sometime next couple of weeks.
