Public bug reported:
While booting from Live USB of lubuntu 19.04 final release, desktop, amd64
image the first
screen hangs telling awaiting 28 modules forever.
Running sudo -E calamares -d in terminal does not work.
How this bug survived the development cycle is a mystery.
Please help
