Public bug reported:

I was irritated to see at spi d service running in system monitor.
Tried everything to stop that service going to autostart folders and stopping,
etc.
But it did not stop loading.
So I went to the folder where its binary was ( i forgot which folder)
and deleted it under sudo.

Now the services with its one more similarly starting name service no
longer loads.

But clicking gnome-system-monitor makes it load very very slow. Q4wine
fails to install windows execultable, etc.

Now I want to restore the files to escape from this.

Since I shift+deleted those files I am unable to restore them.

But only later I realised that those files are not programs to do apt
delete and then do apt install.

How to restore those files in their proper locations without
reinstalling.

Please help.
