It's ok if few had time to look into this issue. I solved it myself.
Visited this URL https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/wine downloaded wine32_4.0.3-1_i386.deb (194.6 KiB) package. installed it in lubuntu 20.04 daily image. Now it works! But request for lubuntu maintainers. Please let us install win32 using apt get. This is not possible as of now.
