The specific steps or actions you took that caused you to encounter the problem. 2. The behavior you expected. 3. The behavior you actually encountered (in as much detail as possible). A prior suggestion asked for illustrations on what is wrong, and how it could be improved. This would be is an appropriate way of describing what is wrong, and how results could be better achieved.
