The networking-ovn maintenance thread fails when handling router ports,
as documented in the networking-ovn upstream bug tracking at
https://bugs.launchpad.net/networking-ovn/+bug/174697. The issue exists
in python-networking-ovn 4.0.0-0ubuntu1 from current Bionic, and is
reported as fixed in the upstream version 4.0.3 (as noted in the
upstream bug report).
