Public bug reported:

I've recently installed Ubuntu 18.04 on windows 10 (w10) through the Windows
Store.
And I encontered a bug on the display of the icon in the w10 taskbar.

1. Issue Title
Bash On Ubuntu's icon from taskbar is not the right one to be displayed. The
icon is too small and got reversed color (orange ubuntu ring on a white circle).

2. Windows version / build number & Ubuntu release & apt-cache pkgnames policy
C:\Users\Windows>ver
Microsoft Windows [version 10.0.18362.535]

lsb_release -rd
Description: Ubuntu 18.04.3 LTS
Release: 18.04

:~$ apt-cache pkgnames policy
policyrcd-script-zg2
policykit-desktop-privileges
policykit-1-gnome
policykit-1-doc
policycoreutils-python-utils
policycoreutils-dev
policyd-weight
policycoreutils
policyd-rate-limit
policycoreutils-gui
policycoreutils-dbus
policycoreutils-sandbox
policykit-1

3. Steps required to reproduce
    Windows 10 Home edition 1903
    In Settings>Personalization>Taskbar
"Use little button in taskbar" property is disenabled (/!\ otherwise the
good icon is displayed)
Install "Ubuntu" app from Windows Store (not the "Ubuntu 18.04" app)

4. Expected Behavior
To be displayed maybe a 24 size icon and with the orangish and round background
for sure, in the w10 taskbar.

5. Additional information
In Windows 10 OS, at :
C:\Program
Files\WindowsApps\CanonicalGroupLimited.UbuntuonWindows_1804.2019.521.0_x64__79rhkp1fndgsc\Assets
The icon files are listed, it seems to lack a file that would be called:
Square44x44Logo.altform-unplated_targetsize-24.png

Whereas there are two files that match this size:
    Square44x44Logo.targetsize-24.png
    Square44x44Logo.targetsize-24_altform-unplated.png
But those icon have reversed color (orange ubuntu ring on a white circle).

"altform-unplated_" are the orange and round background icons
"targetsize" only are the orange circle on white round icons.

So those have reversed colored, and thus doesn't meet the specification from
Ubuntu logo guidelines.
I couldn't find or create the matching file as I can't produce a
Package.appxmanifest.

According to a microsoft employee on github, it appears that
Canonical/Ubuntu produces such a package.

Thx for reading those lines, and happy new year!
