Lubuntu 20.04 LTS

NOTE: I've reported this before, in comment with other reports, so i
need to check this is not a duplicate. I didn't see it in a quick search
before this filing, but I'll look some more..

Using Monitor settings to adjust displays so they are next to each
other, I purposely leave a gap (see attached pic monitor_settings.jpg)
then drop and click apply.

My expectation is that the screens do not overlap. The bug could be in
Monitor.Settings; upstream claim overlap isn't possible anymore though I
believe (and blamed openbox as they couldn't reproduce it).   I'll need
to explore some more.

On either display now, if I click the maximize on any window , a tiny
slither of it will be visible on the other window. I'll attach two more
pictures in the coming minutes.
