The current Ubuntu version now is 0.8.08 which includes the fix
mentioned, closing. The issue still exist in 19.10 and could be a
candidate for a stable update in which case the specific serie can be
targetted but it's rather low importance at the moment so not very
likely to see an update on a non LTS serie
