I don't see an obvious configuration error. It looks like dpkg may have
failed due to the mysql process not being present; I'm not sure why that
would cause dpkg to fail though.
Please try running `sudo apt-get install -f`. That should force it to
configure.
If it doesn't, try `sudo apt-get install --reinstall mysql`
