When the window button layout is changed from the right side to the left
side via the following command:
dconf write /org/gnome/desktop/wm/preferences/button-layout
'close,minimize,maximize:',
Gnome-tweaks experiences some sort of graphics glitch that renders it
unusable.
This is not the case in Ubuntu 18.04, but is an issue in 19.10.
