When bringing this upstream, please include the following:
1) have you manually enabled fwupd-refresh.service? It's supposed to be
disabled by default (`systemctl show fwupd-refresh.service` output would
be useful)
2) Can you please attach your actual /run/private/motd.d/85-fwupd?
3) By the time you file this, I'm curious to hear if it includes a 4th
or 5th entry. The fact that the same output is showing up 3 times is
definitely not intentional, but sounds like it might be a bug in that
the output is getting appended rather than the file replaced.
