This is happening to me with F31 and some Anyconnect VPNs NetworkManager-openconnect-gnome-1.2.6-2.fc31.x86_64 NetworkManager-openconnect-1.2.6-2.fc31.x86_64 NetworkManager-1.20.6-1.fc31.x86_64
