Public bug reported:
python2 now exists in disco and up.
can you please introduce `python2` in bionic, which is an empty meta-
package with like `Depends: python-minimal`. Or something like that.
Such that one can use "python2" dependency in either bionic or focal,
and get /usr/bin/python2.
Specifically kernel autopkgtest currently use python2 and will likely be
backported to bionic, and will then break. I'm proposing for them to use
"python2 | python" but that will eventually break in focal++
