Can confirm the issue on the Lenovo Flex Ideapad laptop. Ubuntu 19.10 AMD Ryzen 5 3500U Mobile Processor with Radeon Vega 8 Graphics. Fractional Scaling: 125% Both X11 and Wayland. Unscaled works fine. Hope this get resolved soon. Thanks.
