Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: mythtv

It's the first month that is spelled with french accents since my mythtv
reinstall with Ubuntu 7.04. Mythfilldatabase was unable to grab my tv
listing for december because of a charset bug. If I start manually
mythfilldatabase as root, I got this :

2007-11-28 21:36:20.974 Checking day @ offset 3, date: sam dc 1 2007
2007-11-28 21:36:20.977 Data refresh needed because no data exists for day @
offset 3 from 6PM - midnight.

Look at the "dc", this is not utf8. The file is in the directory where
the software is looking, but in a well encoded utf8 file name.

If I start the program with "LANG=C mythfilldatabase" to force US
locales, it's working.

** Affects: mythtv (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
