Same issue on 18.04. Resolved with $ cd /usr/lib/go-1.10/ ; sudo ln -s
../../share/go-1.10/misc misc
$ lsb_release -rd
Description: Ubuntu 18.04.3 LTS
Release: 18.04
$ apt-cache policy golang-1.10-go
