Only 2 bugs remain unverified for this kernel:
1858815 PAN is broken for execute-only user mappings on ARMv8
1859522 use-after-free in i915_ppgtt_close
The first isn't easily verifiable and should just be ensured to not cause any
regressions.
The second issue is unverifiable unless the kernel is rebuilt - so should have
no risk on the kernel itself as it is.
After discussing with Tyler Hicks about the risks of those bugs, they
are deemed non-risky to release unverified.
