Please, add comments when removing packages affected by bugs, explaining
your reasoning, instead of just blindly removing them.
Using maxcpus is suboptimal, because it requires more memory than
nr_cpus. The fact that ppc64el doesn't work on kdump with nr_cpus is a
linux bug that needs to be fixed.
