Today I found that nmap-dbgsym is missing in Focal.

With ddebs enabled I clearly get other dbgsyms but nmap-dbgsym is missing.
The buildinfo page suggests it was built thou:
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/nmap/7.80+dfsg1-2/+build/18072867

Fetching the file from the link there works, the question is why it
isn't in the ddebs archive and what we can do about it.
