@andreas, can you paste a full dmesg after turning on driver debug and
retrying the create-namespace? Either boot with:
libnvdimm.dyndbg=+fp
...on the kernel command line or:
echo "module libnvdimm +fp" >
/sys/kernel/debug/dynamic_debug/control
