Ubuntu 7.10 - the Gutsy Gibbon, OpenOffice 2.3.0, OpenOffice.org Word
Processor. Custom Crux Theme, (just color changes, Icon changes) Visual
Effects not used. Dell Optiplex 745, Pentium D, 2X-2.80GHz, 2GB memory, two
80GB SATA, no raid.
Open OpenOffice.org Word Processor,
Type a line of text,
Hit F7 or Tools/Spellcheck,
Box opens, title bar reads "Spellcheck",
Background of anything open behind the OpenOffice.org Word Processor shows in
box,
Can move this box around the screen
Can move OpenOffice.org Word Proccessor around the Screen, "Spellcheck" box
will stay on top, but not move with it.
waited 5 minute, then X-ed out the "Spellcheck" box.
This brings up the: "Spellcheck: " is not responding. You may choose to wait a
short while for it to continue or force the application to quit entirely. BOX
Click Wait... nothing.
X-ed out the "Spellcheck" box again, Clicking force Quit, Kills both the
"Spellcheck" box and the OpenOffice.org Word Processor.
