per test 1.2.10-1ubuntu2~ubuntu18.04.3, with stock ubuntu and oem ubuntu
image, fwupd upgrading with update-manager work perfetctly.
the version also can properly get thunderbolt docking information.
"fwupdmgr install XX.cab" also works fine here.
