I changed my mind and filed Xubuntu on different report - hoping it'd
provide more detail as it's wasn't just a 'live' system, but a running
system which had details of `ubiquity` actually running....

It's possible I had this issue with 18.04.3 but I cannot know. SDC was
split into two partitions which fits a INSTALL ALONGSIDE division, and
19.04 qa-installs ended prior to 18.04.3's release so it's very probable
that 18.04.3 was the last install & I maybe just used SDC.
