crash 7.2.1 on bionic identifies threads as uninterruptible:
crash> ps | grep UN
[...] UN [...] [kworker/0:0]
While using a more recent crash will more precisely identify those as
idle:
crash> ps | grep ID
[...] ID [...] [kworker/0:0]
Upgrading to 7.2.4 or applying commit a10917ba should fix this.
