Public bug reported:
After upgrading to Xubuntu 18.04 the digital clock is dispalyed
horizontally in the vertical taskbar. This worked fine in 16.04 and it
works fine in all the other appearance themes.
This is certainly a regression since long ago the problem also existed
but was fixed.
