I (and some others I saw) have this problem with RADEON and recent 5.3 kernel and this is already the newest kernel that comes with Ubuntu 18.04. I want to stay with the standard kernels as this is my productive system and I don't want to mess it.
Can you say, when a patched kernel with working radeon will come to Ubuntu 18.04? Anyway, as others have said I find it ridiculous to first break a quite working thing (audio) completely for many people while hoping that the other involved parties (different graphics drivers) will fix their interface some time in the future. :( -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1834771 Title: No HDMI-audio after kernel 4.15.-0.50 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1834771/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
